Q: Why can any of my fingers unlock the gun safe? A: The program defaults to allowing any fingerprint or skin contact with the fingerprint sensor to open the safe until you successfully set up a fingerprint or change the default password. Please complete all settings as soon as possible.

Q: How to set the mute mode? A: Press the "Enter" key on the keyboard to wake up the device, type "0-5-0" and press the enter key again. The device will enter the mute mode. To return to the normal voice mode, repeat this operation.

Q: After receiving the product, I accidentally locked the key in the gun safe, what should I do? A: In this case, use the included data cable or other USB data cable and plug it into the USB charging port of the safe for charging. This way, you can use any fingerprints or the default password to unlock the safe.
